Over a month has passed since CD Projekt Red announced that Cyberpunk 2077's Phantom Liberty expansion was purchased by over 4.3 million gamers, and it seems that the holiday period saw even greater numbers flocking to the neon-lit streets of Night City.

Reporting on their sales, the Poland-based developer has stated that by the end of 2023, Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty's sales surged past the 5 million mark, indicating that around 700,000 copies were snatched up in the month of December alone.
