Spotify has finally released the lightweight version of its app. Now streamers can forget about hitting the limits. It weighs 10 MB only, compatible with older mobile devices, and is available in 36 counties. This way, users outside the USA will be able to enjoy their favorite music as well.

It was mentioned in the release that some areas have limited bandwidth, and not enough storage on the phone to keep the music player.

According to Spotify’s latest statement, in March they passed a 100 million users threshold. It is a great deal for music streaming service. In comparison, Apple Music has only 60 million.
