A new installment in the beloved Rune Factory series is on its way.

Making its return to the Nintendo Switch in Spring 2025, Rune Factory is a blend of action RPG elements and life simulation features. This latest version marks the first time a mainline entry takes place in the eastern realm of Azuma, a world currently in turmoil due to a catastrophic event known as the celestial collapse.

In Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma, players will embody the character of an earth dancer, journeying across the land to reclaim lost memories and resurrect the six agods vital for restoring harmony to nature. Accompanied by Woolby, a charming descendant of the dragon deity, players will choose between the characters Subaru or Kaguya in a landscape where runes have vanished. They will engage in combat against corrupted adversaries and encroaching threats while aiding townsfolk and communities along their quest.
